The Main Olive has been a dream come true for us, or at least a dream we didn't know we wanted until the opportunity came about.   We purchased the store from a childhood friend of Karen's  during the summer of 2019, who had originally opened the store in December of 2016.   We have been so appreciative for the groundwork & foundation they laid out for us to begin our journey with The Main Olive.

             Both Adam & Karen grew up near Oxford & met in high school where Adam was a drummer in the marching band & writer for the school paper; Karen was a Soprano II in the Robed Choir, Ensemble, & Assistant Editor for the school yearbook.  Adam graduated as valedictorian of his high school class & went on to pursue engineering.  Karen has an associates degree in general studies with a focus on business & accounting.   Her love of cooking has been something that has stuck with her for as long as she can remember.
