Benefits of Olive Oil

Polyphenols are what makes olive oil healthy!  It also is what holds its structure.  The higher the polyphenol count the more robust & more capable of handling heat.  (No more than medium-high heat.  Anything higher will breakdown its structure.)


If you have old olive oil don't throw it away!  You can also use it for non-edible purposes.
